Where are email notifications set up?

    Looking at the documentation, I should be able to set up email notification under options. However, when I choose options, there are none. All I get is one screen asking for captcha, API code for mapping, export to cvs, and uninstall. I don’t see anywhere here to put a screen shot of my options page. If I can’t get notified when people complete the form, I can’t use this. I am on Version 1.12.41. Is there something I can do to get email notifications in the free version? Thanks.

    To find the Options, follow there instructions.

    Please, go to Forms > select your form > edit > Form Options.

    Here you will find the needed options.
