    Hi,
I’ve noticed that my blog hasn’t been getting any comments recently. I tried submitting a few comments from my phone and PC and they were all rejected as SPAM until I deactivated Cerber.

    Two questions:

Is there anyplace I can view the spam form submissions? I believe some of them must be legit.

Any idea what the problem might be? As of now I have “Comment Form” and “Other Forms” turned OFF. Safe Mode is also activated. Is there another setting that might be flagging all form submissions as SPAM?

    Thanks for the help!

To add to this, it seems nothing I do except deactivate Cerber will bring back allowing comments to my posts. In fact, while using mobile, I can’t even click the “submit” button. When trying to click it nothing happens. Turn Cerber off…I can click it and submit it no problem. So it never even has a chance to go to spam.

I’ve been adding query paths to the whitelist based on what I’m seeing coming through in the Traffic Inspector, but no luck so far. Any ideas?

    Hi!

    1. You can see submitted form fields (any, including comments) on the Live Traffic page if you enable “Save request fields”.
    2. You can just disable spam protection for comments.
