Where are huge number of errors coming from?

  • I am getting a very large number of 404 errors, all without referral pages. Some examples include:
    /adminer.php
    /data-icon
    /xsssss

    Can someone explain to my why these are occurring and how to fix them? I started excluding some, but more keep happening.
