Where are mails sent to?

Hi,

I have no F…. clue where the filled-in forms are sent to, nor which parameter is for what. Sure I do understand the from-field; this is the email address of the submitter, but I should get an email on my [email protected] account, but nothing less is true. Can anyone help me figuring this out?
