where are my autom mailings gone?

  • A Website i made call me that no newsletters are in the Admin Backend stored. We send 2 manually and much autom. triggert by content to different Mail-Lists.
    But all the autom. Mailings are lost.
    Welcome-Mail is lost too.

    It locks like a new install with only list and abonoments are still there and all Mail Templates and Triggers are lost.

    we use the free premium version and updatet every time and still its posible with auto-update.
    Wehre are the mail-tempates gone? Can someone elp me out? Its a school website and its used for mailings to the Parents and for Information about corona and other school.infos. So i hope its a small fix and not that i must do every mail tricker kompletle new?

    The Abo Statistik also brocken. I become every mail where i testet the system but in statstik now it shows me – No Mails, No Klicks. But there was still there. So whats wrong?

    nobody? I need a solution. can it maybe reload from database? Andy why are they still not showing? Newsletter Archive and Mailings are all emty. its importent for the school to send covid19 news to the parents.
