Where are my files?

  • I am a newbee to WordPress and am trying to understand the structure.

    Please follow my thought process here: When I look at my website https://www.roastedstone.com, I see an “about us” page and a “contact us” page. I need to know where these files are. So, I log onto my server using an FTP program; and I can see the file structure, but I cannot find a page called contactus.php or aboutus.php. So then I opened up Dreamweaver which I used to search through all the files for the phrase “202 clovis avenue.” Dreamweaver reports that that phrase does not exist anywhere in the file structure. So my question becomes, where are these files? If they are not stored on my server where are they?

    Also, let me mention, I can find these files then I log into WordPress. They are listed under Pages. I am not looking just to edit the text on these pages. I understand I could do this through WordPress. I am wondering where this information is stored. Knowing this will help me solve another problem.

    Oh, great! I have looked for a mysql file but I cannot seem to find one. Can you tell me it’s default name and location?

    Use phpMyAdmin provided by your Host to view mysql data.
