Where are the codes?

There aren’t any built-in shortcode generators (yet). You need to manually add the shortcodes by following the instructions and examples here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mtphr-shortcodes/

There is now a shortcode generator included with the plugin.

I can’t see where to start a new thread….

I downloaded this, uploaded to the plugin’s folder, installed it in wordpress (local only).

I see Metaphor Shortcodes….

Above each visual editor your see a button that looks like “[m] shortcode”. Click that to open the shortcode generator which you can use to create & insert the different shortcodes in your posts/pages.
