Where are the images stored in

Hi Danny,

Images are stored in the Uploads backup.

Uploads is a section of the backup that most often is timed out when restoring, as it is usually the largest section.

Could you attempt a second restoration of just the Uploads backup? This will give the maximum amount of time possible to restore the images.

If that doesn’t work, could you send us a copy of the restoration log? This log can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin and post the link here.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have tried it again and it says successful but no images in media library. The file is 143mb not sure if that’s a factor

Still no image files in media

I have double checked the zip file and all the images are there
