Where are the options?

I’ve downloaded the plugin, but I cannot edit the options; in fact, the “Options” tab doesn’t even appear.
According to my WordPress login page, the plugin is installed correctly. How do I edit the settings?
Additional info:
I use the Thesis theme, Bluehost, and I installed the plugin via WordPress not FTP.
