Where are the Settings please?

Sorry for this basic question. I have installed and activated Recent Posts Widget With Thumbnails on my WordPress site (https://shrinkwrap.blog), but cannot find the controls/settings anywhere.

I’m looking for the settings panel shown on your Screenshots page, with ‘Display options’, ‘Thumbnail options’, etc.

I have looked on the Dashboard, and in Settings, Appearance and Appearance>Widgets, but can’t see them. Where are they please?
