Where are the step by step instructions for app?

On the Facebook promo for this plugin one of the items says:
After activating the plugin, you will be asked to set up your Facebook app (via https://developers.facebook.com/apps), with step-by-step instructions.
Where are the step by step instructions at? I’m having trouble with it and its not taking.
What goes in field “App Domains:”? I tried putting my website url with and without the https:// and it errors either way
Am I suppose to get a “hosting url”?
What about the 6 items under “Select how your app integrates with Facebook” am I suppose to do anything there?
Really need some help, thanks
