Where are the themes?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to adjust a theme by editing the css file directly since the customizer doesn’t seem to work (even when adjusting the background color for EVERY possible setting, it still only applies it partially (e.g. in the dracula theme), or not at all (in the atomic theme).

I’ve used find, and even grepped through my whole wordpress folder but all I can finder is an enlighterjs.min.css file, and changing that breaks everything.

I wonder, where are the themes stored, or where can I upload my custom theme?
