Where are “Video Sizing” options?

I learned about this plugin on the WPBeginner site and on it they show a screen shot of the settings panel that is different than what I see now. It looks like there used to be an option to set custom video featured image sizes but I don’t see that option now. Should I assume that we use the regular WordPress media size settings, but if so, which size is used for featured video images… thumbnail, medium or large? I’ve tried several settings and can’t seem to figure this out.
