Where are your Pages stored?

  • I’m using the default theme and have a few pages made (Contact, About, Favorite things ect…)
    I have removed the Pages section in the sidebar and instead, I have made links to the pages. I already knew what the link was for the pages but when I make new ones, what page_id= number do I put? I need to know where the pages are stored or what # they are so I can add it after the page_id=
    Can anyone help?

  • You can find the page number by going to your dashboard -> manage -> pages. In the list of your pages on the left will be the page ID. I have a question, though. Why remove the pages section in the sidebar and then hand-code links for them. Isn’t it the same thing?

    Alternately, instead of page_id you can also use the name of the page.
