Where Can I add a discernible name

    I got the “Links do not have a discernible name
    Link text (and alternate text for images, when used as links) that is discernible, unique, and focusable improves the navigation experience for screen reader users.” From Lighthouse. And All the links are the social icons at the footer part. I cannot find where I can add the name to the footer.
