Where can I find exported file

  • Hello

    I exported a list with members. I think it was succesfull and showed me the: “979?abonnees zijn ge?xporteerd. Verkrijg het ge?xporteerde bestand?hier” (You can get the exorted file here). But when I click on Hier, nothing happens… Is there an other place where this file is stored?

    Hi there @flipper1960,

    When exporting a list as either a CSV or Excel file, it should attempt to download it immediately (if it is not too big of a file). This may have happened; you can use your browser menu to check for “Downloads” to see if the file was downloaded, and click to open it.

    It also will show you the message of how many subscribers were exported with a link to “download here.” Again, clicking this link should download the file immediately.

    It depends on your browser settings where the downloaded file is placed. Please check your browser settings for the default download location.

    If it appears that the file did not generate or was not downloaded, can you share with us more details about this list? How many subscribers are there, and how were they added to your site?
