    Hi there,

I was using a year old version of UpdraftPlus and this weekend I updated to the new version. I had 5 backups in my list, but now I have just 2. Where did the other 3 go? I didn’t delete them.

I believe it has to do with the option “Split archives every: 400mb”.

How do I add the other backups back to my list? I need to upload an older version of my backups please.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

If you have no remote storage the backups are by default stored in the “wp-content/updraft” folder your WordPress directory.

    Hi Bryle,

Are the backup files the ones with the name starting with “backup_” and with extension ZIP? If so, I cannot see my old backups.

How can I recover my old backups that just disappeared from my backup list? I didn’t delete them, they just disappeared and I need to restore one of them.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Yes, those are the backups.

Did you setup backup retention rule? It is possible that the backups got automatically deleted.

    Regards,
    Bryle
