Where can i find purchase code for theme purchased in wordpress

    I have a videopro theme, i need to raise a ticket in there,
    but the website is requesting for purchase code, which i am unable to locate in wordpress

    please provide a help page for guide, or is there a way you can confirm the status of my purchase and let me know?
