where can i find shortcode generator

i found it above editor, but such service like this i need it once in a year, why it still show to me every time i insert a post?!!

How To Use The Shortcode Generator

Step 1 – Open a page or post and click on the Visual or Text editing tab.

Step 2 – In the editing panel to (beside ‘add media’ tab), click the shortcode button to initiate the generator.

Step 3 – In the popup window, customize your settings on the shortcode options that load, then click the Insert Shortcode button and it will be inserted on the page.
