Where can I go to see subscriber list?

Thanks for hopping in the forum. Visitors to your site that signup with the plugin will be added to your list in MailChimp. When you log into MailChimp, there’s a lists page with all your lists. Also the MailChimp knowledge Base has great guides on sending emails to your list and setting up an account.

Yeah, no, that’s not happening.

List ID is correct and I get emails saying I have new subscribers but when I look in the list. Not there. i am having to add them manually at this point.

Thanks for writing back. To dig into this, we will need a little more information. Are you using your MailChimp username and password to log into the plugin? Also is the list that’s selected in the plugin settings, the list you’re checking in MailChimp? And what version of the plugin are you using?

Also it could be that you have more than one MailChimp account and you’re logging into an incorrect account. It’s best to try all accounts that could be connected to your MailChimp list.
