Where can I see and edit the choosed payment method for an order?

  • I’m trying to understand where I can see and edit the choosed payment method for an order in the administration area. I mean: I access to the order page in the backend but I can’t find the payment method information.

    I’m asking it because a customer choosed a payemnt method during the checkout but after he would like to pay in another way.
