Where can I translate "Read the post" ?

    Hi
    I’m french. I’m trying to find the “Read the post” text in the tracks theme that one can see on the index page, in order to replace it with the french words.

    Can’t find anything via the editor, in the index.php file, and neither in other files.

    Any help welcome
