Where can you edit the stock / availability text string ? (not the variable)

    I’m having some trouble translating the text Availability : and neither polylang or loco translate seem to work .

    For this reason I need to edit the text directly in order to change the word Availability to Stock .

    Where can I change the stock word please ?
