Where define the data for the pay pal payment?

    Hi,
    after installing the new version, there were several problems:
    besides the already mentioned problems with pay pal
    confirmation when changing settings loading icon appears, but nothing happens
    or a blank page and the change is reflected
    not confirm the purchase – reappears loading, but nothing happens
    Helped deactivation and subsequent activation plugin.
    What is wrong?
