Replacement Contact Form

I still have Fast Secure Contact Form installed on a website, it still updates through WordPress dashboard.

It seems to have disappeared from www.ads-software.com. I guess I need to uninstall it and replace it with something else. I see there is a warning here: https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/

Contact Form 7 isn’t working. Please don’t suggest it.
