Where did presentation.php go?

    I’m using WP eCommerce Version 3.8.14.3.

    From Dashboard click Settings > Store > Presentation tab.

    Expected to happend:
    Presentation tab should load and displays options.

    What actually happens:
    Presentation tab is not displayed, only loader.gif is being displayed beside “Store Setting” title.

    – when I tried to reload the page (F5) the following Warning is displayed:
    Warning: require_once(includes/settings-tabs/presentation.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory i…

    – when i checked the folder: C:\…\wp-content\plugins\wp-e-commerce\wpsc-admin\includes
    presentation.php file is missing.

    adding an empty presentation.php seems to address the issue. now the presentation tab is showing.
