Where did the share buttons go?

Last time I checked my blog, the share buttons on the top and bottom of the posts are there. But today, they disappeared! I didn’t make any changes to the plugin or added any new plugins.
I tried deactivating and activating the plugin, but they’re still gone.
Please help, my blog is https://www.fafafoom.com. I set it so that the share buttons are not visible on the homepage, but on individual posts, like this one: https://www.fafafoom.com/high-low-circle-skirt-dress-diy-fashion/
