Where did this page come from – structure of website?

Hello, I am a novice. I have set up my home page as https://www.voila-catering.com and wanted to have my other pages directly under that page (for example https://www.voila-catering.com/food) but instead it has this structure: https://www.voila-catering.com/welcome-to-voila-catering-in-portland/food/

Where did the “welcome to voila catering in Portland” come from and how do I get rid of it without losing all of the other pages?

Basic answers for a basic user would be appreciated.
