Where do I add the shortcode when using siteorigin widgets?

I have a URL that has a parameter in it (example.com/[email protected]). The page has a button that is from the siteorigin widget plugin. The button has a set destination url(example.com/fun/). I would like to retrieve the string query from the url, and for this to be added to the destination url (example.com/fun/[email protected]). the email parameter changes based on previous input.

Where would I add the shortcode? Assuming I would use [urlparam param=”email”]![/ifurlparam], but where do I put this?
