Where do I configure this plugin?

I don’t see a link on the plugin page, nor a separate section in the settings, nor a section on a new post. Where are the settings configured?

Can these instructions be put on the “installation” page on WP.org? I was expecting them to be there, but it’s just the boilerplate installation text.
