Where do I enter the zip code?

With USPS Live Rates enabled, when I go to my cart, I see the alert “USPS Live Rates: Please enter a valid ZIP Code for the sender.” Where do I need to go to enter a valid zip?

You should enter a valid zip code in: WooCommerce > Settings > Store Address
