This new version is messed up. Can’t find blocked IP’s to permanently block them or unblock them. Anyone know where it is or are these greedy gits just tricking us to upgrade to there overpriced premium service?

  • Hi CroydonWeb,
Blocked IPs are under Firewall > Blocking. Once there if you click on “Options”, you can choose to “Display top level Blocking menu option” which will make a link to Blocking appear in your primary left navigation.

Hope you continue to enjoy the free version of Wordfence!

I will are never going to get me for your premium service as what you asking for can be done by free plugins for nothing instead, charging $99 for PER YEAR.
Maybe include a video explaining the new layout that might help, instead of that pop-up that asks you to install a key.
You should know by now WordPress users are a bunch freeloaders who want the best but want to pay for it. Try Magento or Joomla users.

Thanks for letting know where the blocking is. (Maybe should have started with that :)) Your a great company Thanks for protecting us For Free.

Thanks for the feedback I’ll bring that back to the team for discussion. We always appreciate hearing what our customers have to say. Hope you have a great week!

I’m sorry, but removing the blocking option from the main menu and stuffing it under the firewall menu is a very poor re-design, in my opinion. I used to access the blocking menu directly from the WF main menu. Now I have to make a detour first through the firewall menu to get to it.

Hi Mark, in my previous reply above I explained that you can use the option “Display top level Blocking menu option” to show Blocking in the left navigation.
