Where do I find my list of followers?

It’s worth noting that the Subscriptions module must be active for that list to be displayed.

I am having similar problems. I know I have like 8 subscribers to a new blog, but most of them are not getting emails (only me and my IT guy are) and when I look in stats=>followers it says zero. This is my URL
