    Hi guys, I created some code from adbrite which is <!– Begin: adBrite, Generated: 2012-03-18 2:11:06 –>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://ads.adbrite.com/mb/text_group.php?sid=2119531&br=1&dk=6865616c746820696e737572616e63655f305f325f776562″></script&gt;
    <!– End: adBrite –>
    This code is an inline code whereas I give them keywords and they turn these keywords on my pages to links to advertising banners after I place this code into wordpress. Now, they just said place this code in between your body tags but using wordpress I don’t exactly know where the code should go. I’m pretty sure they don’t belong on a sidebar widget or even an ad block using wp insert so could anyone tell me where I can place it?
    Thanks Grant

    u can create a widget on your sidebar and just place this code on to the widget.

    If this is true, the code should probably go in header.php.

    You should use a Child theme. If you do not, your changes will be lost if you update the theme.

    Thanks guys, I’ll give them both a go.
    Umm vtxyzzy doesn’t header.php just deal with header? Sorry if I sound naive because you’re probably right

    The body tag normally starts in header.php.

    Just go to Wp-Insert tacking codes section and you will find boxes where you can add codes like this to the sites header or footer.

    You should paste this code in the Insert code into footer box on the p-Insert tracking codes admin page.
