Where do uploaded documents go?

    As part of the application process, we ask potential members to upload two files: 1, a document to prove entitlement to join and 2, a photo to go on their membership card.

    Whilst the signing up process appears to work perfectly, I can’t for the life of me find out where these uploads actually end up!

    I’m obviously doing something stupid, so I’d be grateful if someone could advise me what I’m doing wrong.

    The upload is most likely in the user’s profile within the WordPress dad porn. Can you please check there and also let me know what version Paid Memberships Pro and WordPress you are using?

    Thanks. I have now found them. However, I have an additional problem in that although applicants are uploading the files requested (which they have to, as they are marked as required fields), they are not always appearing. I have got a friend to complete the application form, which they have now done three times. Only 1 of the 6 files they have uploaded has actually arrived. Another member has uploaded their files, one of which appears in the folder but not in their user information.
    There is something clearly very wrong here – most likely something I’ve done, but I would appreciate some help please.

    Can you help us by following the below steps to identify the conflicting plugin/theme, so that will help us to find the root cause of the issue?

    • Deactivate all the plugins except Paid Memberships Pro.
    • Please check if the issue is fixed.
    • If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
    • If not, then can you please switch to the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue?
