WHere Do You Sell Your Themes?

  • For all you wordpress theme designers, after you completed your beautiful theme, where do you put it up for sale?

    DO you just go to random forums, or is there a specific website you go to and sell it to their stock?

    I have been selling mine on forums, but I wanted to know more about the specific website buyer route…

  • Definitely, don’t try to sell it here – it will be deleted.

    It is entirely up to you how and where do you sell your themes. I don’t think this is an issue to be discussed here.

    actually this isnt web designers chat, and this isnt the web design “forum” (it’s fora, btw).

    THIS is the support area for ppl having trouble with CSS and xhtml, as it relates to wordpress.

    I’ll jump in. We don’t sell our themes. We give them back to the particular CMS community (e.g., WP, CMSMS, sNews, MT, etc.). It builds goodwill and showcases our talent. We have enough paying clients that buy custom designs from us. Themes we do just cuz. Good luck with your sales.

    And .. since you seem to be no strange to forums, it would behoove you to read the forum descriptions to make sure you are posting in the appropriate place.
