Where does the picture get inserted?

    When you create a new team entry you should see the picture box on the right side of the editor

    Nope… opening a New Team entry shows only 3 boxed areas on right: Publish, Groups and Attributes. Any ideas on what might inhibit or conflict with displaying the picture box? I’m using WP 3.9.1

    Same issue here…can’t see the box to upload the photos. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Is there an incompatibility issue with the newest version of WP? Still having issues uploading photos for team members. I do not see the button.

    Hi,
    Disable all plugins and use the default wordpress theme.
    Then please let me know if you still see the problem.

    I am having the same problem. There is no “featured image” option listed when adding a team member using the theme I have. I set it back to the default theme and it came up then, but how can I add featured image support to a theme to make this work?
