    I just got an idea, and It think it will be useful if we could see where is form used.

    for example:
    Title Contact us
    Shortcode [contact-form-7 id=”13″ title=”Contact us”]
    Author …
    Date …
    Where used: Post_ID=121, Page_ID=22 with links.
