is this editable from the dashboard? Also, i see what is going on there now but how Do I fix it all. With what. This programming to me is somewhat like huh? LOL. Thanks Moshu.

The page I gave you has a “Help” link next to each error – and clicking on it explains what to do.

No, you can NOT edit WP files from the admin, but you can do it in any plain text editor, like Notepad.

Available what? File editing? Thanks God they just eliminated it from the newer versions. Now if they would get rid of the online theme editor, too – life would be much nicer ??

why do you feel online editing is a bad thing?

Yes. Very bad. There is no UNDO button. And every newbie screws up their blog by using it…

ahhhh, understandable that is why I cut and paste the orignial text into a notebook file and press save. so, I have fixed the title issue bt the blank line not sure.

As soon as that happens, I’m making a plugin to put it back. The theme editor is invaluable for quick editing.

I’m still upset that the file editor was removed. I even made a trac ticket about it, because I consider its removal without any discussion on it to be a bug and a missing feature.

I might start making a plugin for it right now, in point of fact…

    Otto,
there is nothing wrong if you are using it (or anybody with some common sense…)
For novice users is just one more chance to screw up their blogs – as it happens so often: editing theme files without having a backup.
