Where I can translate words Edit | No Comments?

In your main template (index.php), you should have a section that looks like this:
<p class="postmetadata">Posted in <?php the_category(', ') ?> <strong>|</strong> <?php edit_post_link('Edit','','<strong>|</strong>'); ?> <?php comments_popup_link('No Comments »', '1 Comment »', '% Comments »'); ?>


You could also check and see if WP has already been localized for your language. I couldn’t tell which one it is.

This is stupid. Why do we even have language files if there is still language in the php code?
