I have messed up royally in trying to put the HTML code for my personal FBRFG Favicon in the Web Root directory of my Go Daddy FTP. (I am using Genesis Prose on WordPress). It is appearing in Firefox and Chrome, but not Safari — and probably not on a lot of other devices/browsers/systems.

I found no <head> description. Genesis wants any edits to code to be put in Custom CSS (which I have tried pasting via my Dashboard “Edit CSS” — but that is not working.

When I type in https://www.julietrump.com/favicon.ico — I merely get my old favicon, minute-size, in the middle of a black page.

Also there is the matter of HOOKS with Genesis, and I wonder if that applies.

If anyone can direct me to how to add HTML Code for my RGF Favicon, I would be very appreciative. Although I am no neophyte, I just don’t get it after spending hours trying. Sincere regards.
