Where in GA4 will I find the Post Data?

You may need to add a and customize a report from the library or create you own in the Explore section. If you have ecommerce data you can add it as a dimension in the Ecommerce report: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/12924131?hl=en

As I build my custom reports, can you say, for example, where the Category of a post is writing in? I’m not sure if I can find the dimension.

Sorry I should have added that we don’t use our website for ecommerce, it is just our homepage for a public university at umbc.edu.

You need to add a field ‘content_group’ in the GA4 configuration tag with the data layer value of the category.
