I am testing on my wordpress site. I have a salesforce account and I installed the wordpress2lead plugin and configured the ID in settings. I then completed the form and submitted. It was sent but I can find no trace of my email on my salesforce account. I expected it to be in the leads but nothing in there, can you advise where I should look?

    Kind Regards
    Anwar

If you didn’t get an error on submission… it’s likely there, but possibly not.

Leads can be rejected for a variety of reasons — enable debugging to see if SF is rejecting the lead due to some rules in your account (read the FAQ for details).

FYI- The API always returns 200 OK so the plugin has no way of knowing if a lead was accepted or not.

If it was accepted it’s in there, but the “recent leads” view is confusingly named. That’s recently interacted with. “Todays leads” is far more useful in finding… recently submitted leads.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Actually I did find the email after some time in the leads but as you say it is a bit confusing and there seems to be a delay. I will invetigate further now I know where to look. Thanks ??
