    Dear Collizo4sky,
The settings DO NOT need an ftp access to view. I wonder how one might get a look into mysql by the use of an FTP!!??

    The cf7 (contact form 7) settings are stored in wp_posts with post_type = wpcf7_contact_form

In wp_postmeta you can find the details for each form using the related ID (post_id).

This is the only location, where you can change the language setting for a form (after it has been created) (meta_key = “_locale”).
Unfortunately and in a magic twist this setting is not offered for editing in the cf7 admin interface !!??

Maybe this information may help someone.
