    Hi Tom. Well, that’s a puzzle. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the files right now, but I will re-upload the directories tomorrow.

    I’ve uploaded the ‘theme-templates’ directory and it is now included in the zip archive of the plugin. Please download the latest version to access the templates. Thanks.
