  • Hi MTWK-IDG, the export file is delivered to the browser after you click “Export Products/Tags, etc.”. Check your WordPress Media via the WordPress Administration as it may have timed out at the browser level but saved there.

    Hi Visser Labs, I’m missing CSV files from time-scheduled emails (every hour) that include the line “Please find attached your export ready to review”, but there isn’t an attachment.

    Curiously, only three out of the last 40 or so order export emails like this have included an atached CSV file, but it was the same file each time, with the same order listed as the only order in the CSV. There have been numerous other orders across the few days this is being tested but they haven’t come through at all. Odd. Any help much appreciated.
