Where is Elementor’s rem root element size setting?

In the units documentation I don’t see any documentation on setting the rem, the root font size.

Under “So what do these units mean when dealing with the default of 16px?”…. it makes no mention of how you change that default. Even the Style Kits addon for Elementor doesn’t seem to have a way to set html{ font-size:10px } or whatever you want the default to be, at certain screen sizes.
