Where is "Export form submissions to .CSV"

I noticed that the latest version included a export to CSV option. Terrific!

I read the docs, but I can’t for the life of me find where the “export” function lives to use it.

I don’t see it under forms, submission or any of the settings tabs. I even installed it on a fresh WordPress install but still can’t find it.
