    Already knew what the problem is.
    My spot doesn’t appear on my website

    I don’t know Spot already embed and show log on Chrome Dev tools. But it lacked a iframe right under div id spot-im-root

    Any idea for that?

    Same Problem here.

    I follow docs but its not showing after putting Universal Code it show but not what i wanted ??

    I’m debugging and found it is an empty element. so nothing will show ??

    I have noticed that Spot ID version 2 is different than version 1.
    – Version 1 Support CHAT
    – Version 2 Support COMMENT
    The old customer with Version 1 Still work normally. And SPOT.IM TURNED OFF registry VERSION 1 for now.
    – SO NO MORE CHAT.

    For me, just wait for change from SPOT or find a alternative way for chatroom

    I think I’m having the same problem. I registered Spot IM today and its WP plugin, and found the div id spot-im-root was empty.
    Do you mean the WP plugin is supposed to be used with Spot ID version 1 (and not compatible with Spot ID 2) which we cannot register anymore?
