Hi, I just installed UpdraftPlus and tried to do a backup. The backup completed, but I don’t know where it is.

Here’s where I went wrong. I selected Amazon S3 as a destination, but I don’t have that. I have Amazon Drive and initially thought both S3 and Drive were the same thing. The backup apparently finished with the following message: You have requested saving to remote storage (Amazon S3), but without entering any settings for that storage.

I just want to know two things actually.

    1) Was a backup made and where is it? I don’t want a backup floating around forever.
    2) Can I backup to Amazon Drive as I originally intended?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    > By default UpdraftPlus stores the backups at wp-content/updraft folder, Can you please check the folder and see if the backups are available?

    Hi,

Thank you for the information. Yes, I found the backup in the wp-content/updraft folder. I pay for an extended Amazon Drive subscription, so, unfortunately, I will have to come up with an alternative. Is Amazon Drive support in the plans?
